Finite dynamical asymptotic dimension for tiling groupoids and the applications to time-frequncy analysis

摘要:In this talk, I will demonstrate the finite dynamical asymptotic dimension for tiling groupoids constructed from certain Delone sets in Euclidean spaces. This first resolve a question left in the thesis of Ito. As a consequence, this provides finite nuclear dimension of the corresponding twisted groupoid C*-algebras. Then I will show one can use this result (with some help using Hilbert C*-module) to obtain Balian-Low type characterization of existence of certain Gabor frames (and Riesz sequences) for non-uniform sampling (and Intepolations) on the Euclidean spaces by covolume of the Delone set. This is based on joint work with Rui Liu and Yuxuan Zheng.
