摘要:In this talk, we will consider the null controllability and hierarchical exact controllability for a fourth-order semilinear parabolic equation with nonlinearies involving the state and its gradient. First of all, based on the optimal control theory of PDEs and global Carleman estimates obtained from the existing literature, a new global Carleman estimate inequality is established for the fourth-order linear parabolic equation with a low regularity external term and some linear terms including the derivatives of the state up to the second order. Then, we prove the null controllability and hierarchical exact controllability of fourth-order linear parabolic equations by such global Carleman estimates and Leray-Schauder’s fixed point theorem.
